Once you have arrived at our office, please proceed to the reception desk where you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff. You will be asked to sign in and present your insurance card and one form of photo identification (Required for identity fraud protection). You will be asked to complete a registration form in the comfort of one of our waiting rooms, complete with Flat Screen Televisions and beverages for your guests or family members.

Your visit to the Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, LLC (ACE) will typically last two hours from arrival to departure. While you are having your procedure, your guests may wait in the waiting area, or they may also visit the hospital cafeteria, gift shop or stroll along the River Walk which lines the west bank of the Hudson River. You must be accompanied on your visit to ACE for your procedure due to the safety guidelines involving post-anesthesia care.
